This is the privacy policy for the browser extension Batch PDF Form Filler — CSV to PDFs (the "extension") published by ALGD LTD. It describes the extension itself; our general privacy policy covers this website and our other products.

The short version
The extension works on your machine, with the files you choose, and sends us nothing. There is no server, no account and no analytics. Payment for the optional Pro plan is handled by Stripe through ExtensionPay.
What the extension reads
Only two files, and only the ones you pick: the blank PDF form and the CSV or XLSX spreadsheet of rows. Both are read in the browser page and filled in the page. Your documents are never uploaded, copied to a server, or collected; nobody but you can read them.
What the extension writes
One flattened PDF per spreadsheet row, written to your usual Downloads folder through Chrome's own downloads permission. The files are yours; we never see them.
What the extension stores
Three things are kept locally in your browser's extension storage, and never leave your device: the day's free-tier counter (how many forms you have filled today), the field mappings you saved for each form, and the paid-or-free state ExtensionPay last returned. Deleting the extension deletes them. We cannot read them.
What leaves your machine
The extension makes exactly one kind of outbound request: checking with ExtensionPay whether your Pro subscription is active. That request carries the extension's own user identifier and no document content, no file names and no form data. It is the only network call in the product, and the extension never touches the content of any website.
Payments
Subscriptions are billed by Stripe through ExtensionPay. They process your payment details and we receive only a billing identifier and whether the subscription is active. Their privacy policies govern the payment data. We never see your card number.

Fly.io (US (Virginia)) serves this website. Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc., through ExtensionPay.
This website
Static pages served from our own infrastructure. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party fonts or scripts.
If you write to support@algd.store we keep the correspondence so we can help you and keep records. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights of access, correction, export or erasure over data we hold (in practice: your email correspondence and billing status). Write to us and we will act on it.
Retention
Billing records are retained by Stripe as required for tax and accounting. Support email is kept while it is useful and then deleted. Records are kept while the account is open and deleted within 30 days of cancellation on request; backups age out within 7 days.
